This morning, the brave hellebores were struggling a bit under the wet, heavy remains of snow but it was great to see how the tips of the bulbs are poking their way through – snowdrops, daffodils and tulips are all getting ready to take over once the temperatures pick up! Meanwhile, some little flowers don’t even care what the weather throws at them:

You still have snow – ours has gone (at least for the time being) and amazingly, so much survives underneath that cold blanket! Hellebore and primroses look so fragile, and are tough as old nails!
