Ahem. I’m afraid I AM serially inclined – not only with books – and couldn’t stop till I’d used all those different coloured cottons up… 
Which brings me to rainbows, of course. I have a modern lamp with cut glass pendants and when the sun shines into my living room, all sorts of things happen. Look! 
That happens quite a lot on the far wall, but the following is unusual, as it’s reflected back onto a wall without light! I have no idea how the stripes happen, though.
So, no snow so far… but still some sparkliness in the house!
